Your Hopi subscription is a totally secure, reliable way to get your contacts every month. Your card details are encrypted and cannot be seen by us, so the monthly charge is automated — and can be cancelled at any time, for any reason, up until we charge your card and ship your lenses.

If you are a new customer, your first shipment consists of 60 Hopi lenses. After that, you'll receive deliveries of 60 lenses every 28 days, for AED 180. Your card will be charged each time your lenses are shipped, and your subscription is completely customizable, meaning you can choose to cancel at any time.

Definitely. After you set up your subscription, you may change how frequently you receive shipments. Just email us at subscriptions@behopi.com

Hopi doesn't accept returns, but please don't let that stop you from getting in touch about any issue with your order! (Particularly if we made a mistake, which we work hard to avoid, but can happen every now and again.) Reach out by email and we'll be more than happy to figure out a solution right away. :-)

We’ve all been conditioned to buy lenses at high prices — but we shouldn’t be. We’ve changed the distribution model to cut out the middleman (and the markups), so we can deliver contact lenses identical to the leading contacts brand straight from the factory to you. Hopi’s prices are finally honest prices!

We're operating as usual and alongside our delivery partners at Aramex, we are doing all we can to maintain the highest possible standards and ensuring deliveries are made in a timely manner. We are working round the clock to ensure you can still get your lenses.

All shipments are sent by Aramex, and if you order before 3pm, you'll receive your lenses on the next working day. Please be aware that delayed deliveries out of our control can take place but we will do everything we can to get your lenses to you in a timely manner.

Our lenses are made by Pegavision, who are based in Taiwan and produce 1 billion lenses each month with the same product specifications as the leading contact brand.

Our lenses are made up of 58% water content and 42% Etafilicon A, meaning they’ll keep your eyes hydrated and protected from the sun all day long.

Hopi lenses are daily contact lenses, so it is recommended that you use a fresh pair every day.

We offer +2.00 to -12.00.

We don’t offer toric lenses quite yet, but if you’d like to be notified when we launch them in the future, just email us to join the waitlist.
