Still waiting on lens
10 days ago I had money taken from my account. As previously, nobody is responding to emails, chats. My account shows that my order is still unfulfilled. This is not the first time that this has happened.
It's a shame as they are the most affordable and comfortable lens

Customer care is absolutely neglected
I've been trying to order my contacts, and system doesn't allow me. I'm sending emails, trying to reach anyone over live chat and all of that is literally impossible. There is no phone number or any contact. Every single time there is some issue with Hopi. Ridiculous
