Nonexistent customer service
I’ve been using Hopi for years, the actual product is very good and they have always been very efficient. HOWEVER, I have been asking to change my prescription for months and still nothing. My emails bounce back, their instagram has disappeared. The one mobile number I do have is a third party and he isn’t able to change anything, just deliver. This is extremely disappointing and I’m not sure how legit this company is. This is a shame as the product is good, but the customer service is non existent and they just continuously take your money.

Great product, shocking customer service
I love the product and never had any problems. Almost 3 weeks ago I was sent the wrong strength for the first time. After multiple emails and trying to chat on the website my issue still not has been resolved. I had one email a few days ago to say that it would be checked with the team and I have had nothing since. I don't know if the customer service is understaffed or under pressure because previously, I had replies within a day or two.
